  1. Tell the court she is an alcoholic and that she's addicted to pain pills and you fear for your child's safety when evil grandma is around.

  2. You need to bring up the fact that she is an alcoholic and an addict and that you fear for your child's life when he is with her. Hopefully they will take the child's best interest first and either require the visitation be supervised or that she have no visitation at all.

    Good luck

  3. Consult an attorney..in many states grandparents don't have automatic visitation and have to show that the child would benefit from their visitation...you would be benefited by showing how her alcoholism is a problem along with other issues she has...you need proof also...she said she said will be hard to prove in court...you will be surprised how people sober up for court and can be convincing

If you can't afford an attorney contact Legal Aid in your area Ohio has an excellent Legal Aid system..I used to intern for them in law school in Cincinnati.
