2. To be honest I have not hear of Logan Ohio before so I am guessing this is not a very big town.

   If you can't find anything in the Yellow Pages, consider placing a classified ad in the local newspaper as garage type of school rarely advertise. Also maybe check craigslist.com to place your own free advertisement and to seek out others in your area.
