Are there websites to find most gas efficient way to travel through towns in southern BC, Canada?

These are the towns I want to travel to in no particular order: Princeton, Osoyoos, Summerland, Penticton, Oliver, Greenwood, Grand Forks, Rossland, Trail, Castelgar, Creston, Nelson, Cranbrook, Kimberley, Fernie, Sparwood, Elkford, Radium Hot Springs, Invermere, Kaslo, New Denver, Nakusp, Revelstoke, Sicamous, Armstrong, Vernon, Enderby, Chase, Westbank, Logan Lake, Kamloops

2. I visited a lot of those places last September on vacation, Revelstoke, Sicamous, Kamloops, and many others that aren't listed. When we were planning our trip from home, we used the Distance Calculator and Maps on the Thompson Okanagan website. It was helpful in planning the most efficient routes, as we did a lot of driving.
