how do i get over him?

okay, i have liked this one guy forever. lets call him logan. and he's really super sweet and super cute. and when i told him i liked him, he said he liked me back. but then he said we should forget it happend. it broke my heart, but it would be best for us. and yesterday, i met this really hott guy at a resturaunt. and we sat by a lake and watched the sunset. it was so fun. but no matter how much the guy and i flirted and did that stuff, i still wished logan was there. ........how do i get over him??? i have tried for so long. but its not that easy to get over someone. or should it be?
