Is it possible to transfer from a Penn State branch campus to Penn State University Park after only one year?
I was wondering if this was possible. I mean, if my grades were outstanding during my freshman year, i was wondering if this at all was possible. OR if it was possible to do a PSU branch campus and then, after a year with spectacular grades, transfer to a major university like Ohio State?
