Best campgrounds in Western PA or over the border in Ohio or WV?
State parks are out because no alcohol is allowed. I like to drink while camping but don't want to be in a rowdy place with roughians lol. Somewhere with good hiking trails, preferably on a lake with boat rentals, and with a bathhouse with HOT SHOWERS AND ACTUAL FLUSH TOILETS! Jamestown campground on Lake Pymatuming is nice but again its a state campground.

- Maybe a bit out of the way, but check out Allegany State Park just over the border in western New York. It's the only park in the area I've camped at that actually meets your requirements.
Unlike some other states, alcoholic beverages are allowed in NY state parks.
