how do i get kyogre in sootopolis city?

1. Get the Blue Orb from the old people on Mt. Pyre which is south of Rt. 121 or something like that...south of lilycove. Get the orb...talk to wallace and steven..then the old man will let you inside the cave. Try not to the master ball...cause you can save it for latias or jirachi (if you know how to get them). Get lots of ultra balls and a pkmn that can put kyogre to sleep
