is this a lucid dream or sighn of physics?

in my dream an old man is in a cave with 5 people and his eye clr changes all the time and he is giving me a test i have to do things with my mind he ask me to guess the clrs on the paper without looking move things so on i have dreams simular to this about 2 or 4 evrey 2 weeks

1. a lucid dream is a dream where you control yourself...so if you do then its a lucid dream



2. Recurring dreams are created by the solidification of a random dream to memory. What does this mean? Well, you had a dream (we have about 6 a night) and you woke up (dreams can only be recalled if we wake up in REM). This dream was weird enough that you created a neuronal network because it was very interesting.

   No you are not psychic. There is no such thing (at least not yet). The fact that you keep having this dream is due to another fact in psychology: the brain replays things that we have on our mind. You wouldn't dream up things that you've never seen before (but may be common place in other parts of the world). So basically, if you keep focusing on how you got fired from a job -because you were trying to impress your coworkers with your new found psychic abilities- than you would probably have some dreams focused on that event.

   This is just one of those run-of-the-mill weird dreams. The fact that its recurring isn't anything to write scientific weekly about. I have one where I'm jumping and I end up going higher and higher. Doesn't mean that sh*ts gonna happen. Just means I'm still scared of heights.

   Not trying to patronize you by any means. I just want to help educate people on what dreams REALLY mean.




3. I completely disagree with the last answer, I have had numerous psychic dreams, when I do the thing that happens in my dream happens the very next day. It has happened at least 50 times in my life. I am 26. It happened not 3 days ago, nothing major. I had a dream about my brother being shot and the film I watched the next day had a charactor with the same name as my brother being shot and killed. That was just a minor bit of the dream, when it is small things like that it will be 2-4 or 5 things, faces and such. I can remember that night I had the vision of at least 2 other things that I saw the next day along with the person with the name of my brother being shot who I percieved as my brother, bulky, and with an Irish name. Some incidents could be considered coincidence but there have been a large number that have been completely unexplainable other than it being premonition, and I have close friends who can confirm my dreams as coming to fruition within 24 hours of my dream.

   I am not psychic when I am awake in the least bit.
