Tell me whatever you'd like about any one of them. Would I, as a New Englander, fit in well? Are the campuses nice? What about the surrounding cities? Are people stuck-up and snobby? Were they not worth the cost? It doesn't matter what you say. University of Wisconsin -- Madison SUNY Binghamton University of Washington University of California -- Los Angelas University of California -- San Diego Penn State -- University Park The Ohio State University (because they get all huffy when you forget the "The" =P) University of Maryland -- College Park I'd only go to the California ones if I got good scholarship deals. Washington is expensive, but it's really not that different in cost from most of the other universities I'm considering.
UCSD is a great school, they have a very good reputation and its in san diego! i love it down here where its summer all year (except right now, its a little cloudy) they have one of the top leading medical centers (if thats ur interest) and its a nice campus in a good part of san diego. i have many friends who go there and they love it.

Good luck! ^_^
But yeah, I went to UCLA to see a basketball game, and I had a really good time. The campus is really big though.
I haven't been to UCSD, but I've been to San Diego and I love it. So I'm sure if you went to UCSD, you'll have a good time.
Though paying for UCLA or UCSD might be a pain because of the budget cuts.
You should visit the campus before you enroll
