Anyone know the name of this book?
It was a young adult novel about a teenage guy who died with his family in a car accident, his little brother is on life support and the guy who caused the accident is trying to kill him too. It's about his life in heaven and how he still has to go to high school, its really over-crowded with people as old as cave men, and he meets a girl there. I remember there's an illustration of a guy on a skateboard on the cover... RANDOM I know. Any ideas? Tried google, amazon, local library catalogue etc.
