1. For weather that far back here are two sites to check out:

   Daily archived weather data is available from the National Climatic Data Center (http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/mpp/freedata.html). In their Global Summary of the Day product they have daily summaries of weather for lots of locations.

   Daily and hourly archived weather data are available from WeatherARC (http://weatherarc.com). Their hourly stuff is available via the web and the daily stuff is offline and you need to call in. They charge a few dollars for their data.
