Grahams Walnut Valley Cabin in Logan Ohio: Has anyone ever been to this cabin?

I saw an internet advertisement for this cabin. Has anyone out there ever rented it? It says that it is on 80 acres with a pond, tennis court, has walking trails, and that it is secluded. Is all of this true? Can I play tennis, walk the trails, be around the pond and be totally secluded from anyone else? Any other relevant information you may think someone interested in this cabin might like to know will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
